Bolivar Peninsula Road

Hurricane Ike caused severe damage to asphalt roads on the Bolivar Peninsula. CDGCE was engaged by Galveston County to develop a set of construction and contract documents for the asphalt overlay of 82 roads. CDGCE performed significant Construction Phase Services for the project. CDGCE staff developed construction observation reports, reviewed testing reports, and kept the Owner informed as to the status of the project.
