Texas Southern University Freshman Dorm Schematic Design

CDGCE worked with STOA Architects to develop a schematic deisgn for a Freshman Dormitory on the campus of Texas Southern University. CDGCE’s civil and structural engineering groups developed schematics of the dormitory’s utility connections and structural system. CDGCE staff was also instrumental in facilitating discussions between the architects, building end users, and University project managmement staff. These discussions resulted in a detailed document listing the features desired in the new dormitory.
