CDGCE is the Prime Professional for 15,000 linear feet of 20″ diameter water line. The water line is meant to distribute water from the Alice Street Water Plant throughout the City. During the PER phase, CDGCE performed extensive research on existing conditions, potential utility conflicts, and water quality.
